What's Inside the Client Portal

Every Boundary Fence & Gate customer gets access to a private portal once their first project is scheduled. It's where you'll find your upcoming appointment windows, a full history of work completed on your property, invoices you can pay online, and copies of the property-line paperwork our estimators reference on-site — plat surveys, recorded easements, and HOA fence approvals. No more digging through email for a PDF from three years ago.

Client Portal FAQ

How do I get portal access?

Once your first project is scheduled, our office emails you a login link. If you've misplaced it, call (555) 823-3661 and we'll resend it.

Is it safe to pay my invoice online?

Yes. Payments run through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Why do you keep my property-line documents?

Plat surveys and easement notes determine exactly where a fence can legally sit, so we keep a copy on file for every property we've fenced — handy if you ever add on or a neighbor has questions.
